Pardon Our Drool: 1973 Citroen SM
I'm guessing a major consideration if one were actually contemplating the purchase of one of these would be the availability of "well-known, experienced Citroen mechanics" in one's vicinity. Sounds like we know the guy to go to if you live in San Francisco; I'm less optimistic about my odds in western New York. My lust is unabated.

hideous? ouch! i fell in love with SMs ever since i saw one roll into my work last year in all its (ridiculous) hydraulic glory. it's really impressive - the maserati engine is just a little above 300 lbs!
god, peter. way to ruin my day showing me two things i can't have/be around: 1) a god damn citroen sm, 2) those pictures were taken about 10 minutes away from my house, which i rather miss.
These cars really have a presence; I hear a funky sixties spy theme everytime one appears.
You get this, FBM, and I'll race you in my Espada.
